Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 are trying to demolish the petitioenrs house bearing No. 9 / 112, situated at Uppara Street, Gooty Town and Mandal, Anantapuramu District without issuing any notice and without following the due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and conrary to principles of natural justice and in infringment of the right to property as guaranteed under Article 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to demolish the petitioners house IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 47969 OF 2014
Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein, not to demolish the Petitioners House Bearing No. 9 / 112, situated at Uppara Street, Gooty Town and Mandal, Anantapur District, pending disposal of the present writ petition.

ORDER:
1. The present writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the proposed action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in trying to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law.
2. This Court, vide order dated 11.12.2014, granted an interim direction as prayed for. Thereafter, the present writ petition is listed today.
3. Recording the same, the present writ petition can be disposed off in terms of the interim direction passed by this Court on 11.12.2014 by directing the respondents not to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law, subject to respondents not having taken any action against the said construction prior to passing of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
