JUDGMENT:-
None represented for the appellant. The proceeding sheet dated 19.06.2026 would show that, since the learned counsel on record for the appellant is no more, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant through the District Court concerned. As per the report received from the District Court concerned, it is stated that it is learnt from the villagers that the appellant is a mentally retarded person, his parents have also expired, and he was residing with his sister-in-law. However, his present whereabouts are unknown.
2. In view of the above, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
