ORDER:-

Heard Sri Venna Kalyan Chakravarthi, learned counsel for the petitioners; and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry, appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not making payment in respect of the pending bills.

3. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry, has placed before the Court a copy of the instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the total outstanding amount payable is Rs.3,92,57,122/-. It is further stated that as soon as the requisite budget is received from the government, amounts would be remitted to the respective accounts, after due verification of the records.

4. Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to remit the amount payable to the petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the petitioner shall submit the requisite information, if any, as sought by the respondents, for processing the bills.

5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed. ______________________________ JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA Date:20.07.2026 MVK
