ORDER:
1. The present writ petition is filed, being aggrieved by the proposed action of the respondents in trying to demolish the petitioner’s property without considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2014.
2. No interim order was passed when the writ petition was admitted on 25.04.2014.
3. Considering the efflux of time, the present writ petition is disposed off. However, it is left open for respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the subject property by following due process of law, if such action has already been initiated prior to the passing of this order, the respondents shall be at liberty to proceed with the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
