ORDER :-

The petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition No.3143 of 2019 seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in not issuing Form 5-C and not receiving the same along with the prescribed licence fee under Rule 49(3) of the A.P. (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Market Rules, 1969, while considering the petitioner's application under Rule 49(4) of the said Rules for grant of a commission agent licence, despite the common Resolution No.147, dated 18.09.2018. Upon receipt of notice in the said Writ Petition, the learned Standing Counsel for the Agricultural Market Committee submitted that the 5th respondent would comply with the provisions of Rules 49(3) and 49(4) of the Rules, as well as Bye-law No.20. Recording the said submission, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.3143 of 2019 by order, dated 13.03.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner filed the present Contempt Case in the year 2019, alleging willful disobedience of the undertaking recorded by this Court in the aforesaid order.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submit that the order of this Court has been duly complied with and that the Commission Agent Licence has been granted to the petitioner. A copy of the licence has also been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances and recording the above said submission, the present Contempt Case is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
