ORDER:-
1. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that pursuant to order dt.19.06.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.26227 of 2021, the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Somasila Project, Unit-IV, YSR Kadapa passed supplementary award dt.16.07.2026.
2. The counsel for the respondent would further submit that in view of the supplementary award, the order under Contempt is complied with. Further a copy of the said supplementary award is placed before this Court.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Contempt Case and accordingly the same is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTICE T.C.D. SEKHAR 17.07.2026 DR
