The present appeal is filed aggrieved by the order dated 21.07.2005

passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Sompeta, in M.O.P.No.25 of 2003.

On 02.07.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.

Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to today.

Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Appeal shall stand closed.
