THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND & THE HON’BLE SMT JUSTICE SUNITHA GANDHAM WRIT PETITION No.33635 of 2025

ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand)

This writ petition is filed against the inaction of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in miserably failing to act upon a legitimate representation made by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violative of the principles of natural justice, apart from being in violation of Article 14 read with Article 300-A of the Constitution of India.

6. Learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, on instructions, would submit that the representation is still pending for consideration.

7. Learned Government Pleader further submits that there is no averment in the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent No.2 about consideration or non-consideration of the representation submitted by the writ petitioner.

8. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, in our considered view, it is appropriate and reasonable to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage with certain directions to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to meet the ends of justice.

9. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 29.10.2025, by following due process of law, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
