ORDER:
1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order, dated 12.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24108 of 2025, where-under this Court had directed the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Mandal Parishad Development Officer, as no charge-sheet is filed in the criminal case registered against him at that point of time.
2. Pursuant thereto, a speaking order, dated 01.01.2026 was issued rejecting the case of the Petitioner for promotion as charge memorandum was issued to the Petitioner on 21.11.2025.
3. In view of the issuance of charge memorandum, dated 21.11.2025 under A.P C.S (CCA) Rules, 1991, the Contempt Case is closed.
4. No order as to costs.
