Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no.2 in not taking any action against the illegal constrcution that is being made by respondent no. 3 and 4 in an extent of 316 sq.yds in D.No.1-3- 28/8C situated at Gujjanagundia, Guntur, Guntur District as illegal,arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice, article 21, 300-A of constitution of india and AP Muncipal Corporation Act 1955 and also violation of Rule 6(b) of GOMs no. 225 dated 12-11-2025 consequently direct the respondent no.2 to demolish the construction carried out by the respondent no. 3 and 4 without there being any permission and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to forthwith prevent the respondent
