O R D E R:

1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not paying the monthly salary to the Petitioner from the month of August, 2024 to till date, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The facts in brief are as follows:-

The Petitioner is an employee working in Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Andhra Pradesh Backward Class Welfare Residential School and College (Girls), Nerawada, Panyam, Nandyal District. As the Petitioner is sought to be retired from her service on attaining the age of 60 years, she filed W.P.No.18280 of 2024 before this Court and this Court passed interim orders thereon extending the benefit of enhancement age of superannuation up-to 62 years on par with the regular employees and further directed the Respondents to continue the Petitioner in service until further orders or till attaining the age of superannuation of 62 years. Pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the Petitioner continued in service and despite the fact that the Petitioner was discharging her duties; her salary was not being paid by the Respondent-Society. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.
