ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice D.Ramesh) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the wife aggrieved by the orders passed in I.A.No.879/2024 in D.O.P.No.101/2023 dated 20.01.2026 by the learned VI Additional District Judge, Kakinada wherein the learned VI Additional District Judge has allowed the I.A. which is filed under Order IX Rule 13 CPC restoring the D.O.P. While pending the C.M.A., the matter is referred to the mediation center and according to the report submitted by the mediation center dated 10.7.2026, the parties have mutually agreed to live together. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the case, shall also stand closed.
