ORDER:
1. During pendency of the criminal revision, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chagalamarri police Station, Nandyala District, has filed a status report of the petitioner annexing the post mortem certificate of the petitioner dt.18.08.2012, wherefrom it appears that the petitioner/accused- Shaik Mahaboob Basha @ Kanagudur Basha s/o.Khasim Vali has expired on 18.08.2012 by road accident.
2. Since the petitioner/accused has expired, nothing remains to be decided in this criminal revision case.
3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
