JUDGMENT:-
Learned counsel for the Appellants filed a Memo, dated 10.07.2026 along with letter dated 09.07.2026 by the Appellants before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Considering the Memo filed by the Appellants, dated 10.07.2026, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
