ORDER: (per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J)
The Writ Petition for Habeas Corpus has been filed by the petitioner seeking release of the detenue.
2. Sri K.V. Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the detenue was remanded to judicial custody and the said submission was recorded in the order dated 15.06.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that the detenue has been granted bail and consequently the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
