Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tot may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action against the respondents 4a5 for unauthorized construction at premises bearing Door No. 25-11-33, near Vijayalakshmi Theater at R Agraharam, Guntur without any authorized Building Permission from the Municipal Corporation, Guntur as against the Representation dated 11.5.2026 submitted by the petitioner herein is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Municipal Laws and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take action on petitioner s representation dated 11.5.2026 and stop further illegal constructions at premises bearing Door No 25-11-33, near Vijayalakshmi Theater at R Agraharam, Guntur by the respondents 4 and 5 and to pass necessary order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.
