ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the orders dated 09.12.2024 passed by the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P. No.2757 of 2013 in C.C. No.48 of 2013.
2. Sri A.Ravi Kiran, learned counsel representing Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the main case in C.C. No.48 of 2013 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 08.09.2015.
3. Recorded the said submission. This Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
