ORDER:

1. The present writ petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in not removing the illegal structures constructed by respondent No.4. It is the specific case of the petitioner that respondent No.4 has constructed the building by deviating from the sanctioned plan dated 01.12.2019 over the land admeasuring 388.8 square yards at Krishna Nagar within the limits of the Guntur Municipal Corporation.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 has placed on record the BPS proceedings dated 07.02.2026 whereby respondent No.2 had regularized the construction of respondent No.4 after respondent No.4 paid the penalization amount as assessed by respondent No.3.

3. Considering the same, the present writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to take the appropriate steps, if so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
