In the meanwhile, there shall be an interim suspension of the auction notice dated 09.06.2026, subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits 25% of the amount as demanded in the notice dated 09.06.2026, issued in Form 9 under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Rules, 1964, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
