ORDER:-
This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the Respondents/ Contemnors for Contempt of Court for willful and deliberate disobedience in not comply the orders passed by this Court dated 08.07.2014 made in W.P.M.P.No. 22491 of 2014 made in W.P.No.17944 of 2014. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel on both sides submitted that the Writ Petition is disposed of. As such, requested to close the Contempt Case. Recording the submissions made by learned counsel on both sides, as the Writ Petition is disposed of, the Contempt Case is closed.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
