Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on either side states that another writ petition vide W.P.No.8875/2026 has already been filed seeking the very same relief, as sought for in W.P.No.23147/2007, and she intends to prosecute W.P.No.8875/2026 as 1st respondent has already passed orders in compliance of the orders passed by this Court.
Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to prosecute W.P.No.8875/2026.
