ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the orders dated 25.01.2015 passed by the learned I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.A.No.137 of 2012.
2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) on 08.07.2026 stating that no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Recorded the contents of the said letter, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel thereto, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
