ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the orders dated 23.03.2014 passed by the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Rajahmundry in Crl.M.P. No.1008 of 2014 in C.C. No.300 of 2014.
2. No representation for the revision petitioner. On the last date of adjournment also this Court observed that the revision petitioner remained absent.
3. As seen from the e-Courts website, the main case in C.C. No.300 of 2014 is already dismissed for default vide order dated 13.06.2016.
4. Since the disposal of main case, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
