ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the docket order dated 22.09.2014 passed by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Badvel in Crl.M.P. No.948 of 2014 in C.C. No.75 of 2010.
2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the main case in C.C. No.75 of 2010 has already been disposed of and as such this Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
