COMMON ORDER :
1. Sri Ch.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel representing Sri Aravala Ramarao, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC/review petitioner would submit that he intends to withdraw present applications and seeks liberty to work out their remedies against the award passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court by filing an appeal.
2. He further submits that subsequent to filing these applications, the respondent/claimant expired in the year, 2017.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner/APSRTC, the present applications are dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to work out their remedy, against the common judgment dated 27.06.2014 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in M.A.C.M.A.No.1333 of 2006 and Cross Objections (SR) No.41146 of 2006, according to law. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, stand closed.
