ORDER:-
It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the contempt case, the respondents have no longer interfere with the mining activities of the petitioner.
2. Having regard to the same, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
