JUDGMENT:
1. This appeal was preferred by the appellant, who is the sole plaintiff before the Trial Court.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the sole appellant died on 17.10.2021 and they filed memo to that effect on 18.10.2022 itself.
3. None represented the appellant. No steps have been taken till date by the legal representatives of the appellant to come on record.
4. The respondent No.1 also died on 12.04.2026.
5. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted, if any, shall stand vacated.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
