The Instant Writ Petition has filed against the order dated 05.08.2005 passed by Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.7490 of 1999.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The respondent has represented, through the Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II, that considering the fact that the matter has been pending since 2006, but petitioner did not turn up for long time, hence, the petitioner might have lost interest in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of for want of prosecution. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
