Heard Sri N.Srihari, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. The present appeal is filed aggrieved by the orders passed by the Addl.Senior Civil Judge, Tenali in O.P.4/2012 dated 19.02.2013, wherein, the trial Court has considered the O.P. filed by the husband U/s.13(1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of the marriage.
3. Initially, the Hon’ble Court has admitted the matter and adjourned for hearing.
4. Learned counsel for the appellant has placed reliance on the letter dated 15.08.2023 addressed by the appellant, stating that she is not interested to prosecute the matter, and requested to withdraw the appeal. The same is taken on record.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed.
