Heard Sri S.Rambabu, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appeal is filed against section 9 of the Arbitration Act. Now both parties have on instructions submitted that the main Arbitration proceedings itself have been taken place and concluded in this matter.
3. Considering the said submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
