Heard Sri M.Chalapathi Rao, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. On perusal of the docket proceedings, they show that since 2024, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant even before this Court. On 18.06.2026 and 25.06.2026 also none present to represent the appellant.
3. In the said circumstances, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution, by giving liberty to the appellant to file fresh appeal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders if any granted earlier, shall stand vacated.
