ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was filed challenging the notice in U.C.No.01/2026/TPBO-3 dated 07.04.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent. It is submitted that, during the pendency of the present writ petition, the 3rd respondent issued a Confirmation Notice dated 25.04.2026, which was challenged by the petitioner in W.P.No.12557 of 2026. It is further submitted that W.P.No.12557 of 2026 has already been disposed of by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, in view of the disposal of W.P.No.12557 of 2026, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
