This writ petition is filed challenging the charge memos dated 07.02.2022 and 23.11.2022, along with the suspension proceedings dated 17.10.2022, whereby the petitioners were kept under suspension.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, though the charge memos were initially challenged, now the petitioners are not willing to press the same and intend to work out their remedies available under law. Insofar as the suspension proceedings are concerned, the petitioners were already reinstated into service and were discharging their duties.

3. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, and the petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedies available under law in respect of the charge memos. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________
