ORDER :- (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)
The Judgment of the Tribunal dated 20.12.2004 passed in O.A.No.8516 of 2000 has been impugned in the present Writ Petition, at the instance of the Director of the School Education and the District Education Officer, the respondents in the O.A.
2. The same Judgment was also challenged by the Pithapuram Municipality (One of the respondent in the O.A.) in W.P.No.9735 of 2005 which has been already dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench this High Court, vide Judgment dated 18.05.2025 confirming the order of the Tribunal.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the present Writ Petition is also dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
