Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondents issuing the G.O. Rt. No. 1149 Municipal Administrations Urban Development(VI G.I) dated 29.8.2012 is as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law. Violation of principles of natural justice, violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of constitution of India, contrary to Government memos vide G.O.Ms.679 dated 1.1.2008 and G.O.Ms.No.
91 dated 12.09.2022 and Judgment in W.P. No 11113/ 2021 dated 22.8.2024 and further quash the punishment order vide G.O.Rt.No. 1149
