No.40 admeasuring Ac.9.25 cents and Sy.No.41 Ac.4.32 cents total Ac.13.57 cents of dry land situated at Mulagalampalli village,Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District pending disposal of the writ petition and pass direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land of Ac.9.25 cents and Ac.4.32 cents respectively covered by sy.Nos.40 and 41 of Mulagalampalli village, pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass implead the proposed respondents 6 to 18 as party-respondents 6 to 18 to the main writ petition No. 24166 of 2006 and pending miscellaneous petitioners and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
