JUDGMENT:
1. Sri G.Srinivasulu Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant/claimant would submits that the appellant is not responding to prosecute the matter and he has no instructions from the party and the Court may dispose of the matter.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent is in attendance.
3. Despite of matter listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, the appellant is not evinced any interest to proceed with the matter.
4. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted, if any, shall stand vacated.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
