O R D E R:
The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.5 in issuing Proceedings No.SCR/P.BZA/170/3/P.Way/e-518068 dated 30.05.2026 transferring the Petitioner from Vijayawada Division to Nanded Division as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The Petitioner is an employee of Railway Department and he is questioning the Proceedings dated 30.05.2026 in transferring him from Vijayawada Division to Nanded Division.
3. The issue raised in the present Writ Petition needs to be urged before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the Petitioner to raise the issue before the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
