JUDGMENT:
(Per Sri Justice Battu Devanand, J)
Sri C.Subodh, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in the presence of the appellant and the respondent, who are physically present before this Court, would submit that in view of the developments happened during pendency of this appeal, the parties seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
