ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in failing to correct the official record to reflect that the petitioner, namely Smt. Darru Bhanumathi, is the legally wedded wife of Sri Darru Chinna Rao, and in releasing pension benefits and payments to an unknown person, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. As the respondent Indian Railways is notified under the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, petitioner has to work out her remedies before the said forum.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail her legal remedies before the Central Administrative Tribunal. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall standclosed.
