ORDER:
Mr Naidu Siva Rama Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the order of this Court is complied with. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the attitude of Respondent No.3 is not in accordance with law. When Respondent No.3 appeared before this Court personally he tendered his unconditional apology.
2. Considering the same, taking a lenient view towards the 3rd respondent, this Court intends to close the Contempt Case with a warning to the 3rd respondent to be more cautious and careful in implementing the orders of this Court in true letter and spirit.
3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
