O R D E R:
The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in initiating coercive proceedings against the Petitioner vide Proceedings in Lr.No.VJ/LC/Disccase/KRK/2025- 26/21, dated 16.05.2026 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The Petitioner is an employee of B.S.N.L and he is questioning the Proceedings dated 16.05.2026.
3. The issue raised in the present Writ Petition needs to be urged before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the Petitioner to raise the issue before the Central Administrative Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
