Agathavarapadu Village, Peddakakani Mandal, Guntur District - 522509 from his custody from 23.04.2026 and not handing over petitioners legally wedded wife to him though tried to make complaint about the same not allowing the petitioner to make complaint also and restricting to contact her either personally or through phone is illegal and arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent police to produce detenue i.e., petitioners wife namely Gorantia Venkata Girija, W/o.Dara Ravi, D/o.G.Chinna Ankammarao, aged about 19 years, R/o. Agathavarapadu Village, Peddakakani Mandal, Guntur District - 522509 before this Honble Court and proceed in accordance with law and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Counsel for the Petitioner:

Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, submits that the detenue is now living along with the writ petitioner, and therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
2. Recording the submission as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
