Sohail Shareef, learned counsel representing Sri Siva Prasad Reddy Venati, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he got instructions stating that the matter was settled outside the Court and does not wish to pursue the matter appeal and sought permission to withdraw the appeal and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
