Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and granting opening permission for Classes I to VII (English Medium) in GENIUS GLOBAL ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL at Kosigi, Kodumur and Pattikonda, Kurnool District for the Academic Year 2026-2027, despite the petitioner fulfilling all statutory requirements and submitting complete applications, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 19(l)(g), 21 and 21-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to grant opening permission forthwith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's applications and permit the petitioner society tc admit students and commence Classes I tc VII in GENIUS GLOBAL ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL at Kosigi, Kodumur and Pathikonda for the Academic Year 2026- 2027, pending disposal of the Writ Petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Smt. K. Siri Swathi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
