Pursuant to the order dated 02.04.2025, the Registry issued notice to the appellant and the same was returned unserved as insufficient address.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the notice sent by them to the appellant was also returned unserved.
3. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is open to the appellant to file appropriate application, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
