The Contempt Case is filed questioning the non compliance of the Orders dated 23.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26204 of 2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, that the orders of this Court were complied with and no further orders are required in the Contempt Case.
3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
