1. The Court made the following:
THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.15869 of 2026 O R DE R: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not paying the pension arrears from July, 2025 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Sri T. Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for Employees Provident Fund Organisation on instructions submits that as there was change in the bank account of the Petitioner, there was a delay in paying the amount and that on 09.06.2026, an amount of Rs.10,637/- was credited into the new bank account of the Petitioner.
3. In the light of the same, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ NYAPATHY VIJAY, J Date: 22.06.2026 eha
