THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.15938 of 2026 O R DE R: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not paying salary despite the Petitioner working in the Respondent No.4 Secretariat from 03.12.2025 to till date as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 passed on the signed Written Instructions of the Panchayat Secretary, Sarimadugu Secretariat, wherein it is stated that the salary of the Petitioner was paid up to May, 2026.
3. In view of the same, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed.
