This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the orders of Debts Recovery Tribunal- II, Hyderabad passed in I.A.No.1603 of 2026 in S.A.No.177 of 2024, dated 12.05.2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the respondents has drawn the attention of this Court to Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, which provides that an appeal against any orders passed in terms of Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, shall lie before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, for which, there is no convincing answer.

3. The impugned orders are passed in I.A.No.1603 of 2026 in an application filed in terms of Section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, as is evident from the record. In view of the availability of the alternative remedy, this Civil Revision Petition found no maintainability before this Court.
